Welcome to The Gift Box Curator, LTD. By using our website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. General

The Gift Box Curator, LTD (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides curated gifting services, subscription packages, and add-ons (collectively, “Products”) through this website. By accessing or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

2. Subscription Services

  1. Subscription packages (Signature, Elevated, Distinguished, and Just Because Plan) are billed monthly as indicated on the product page.
  2. Each subscription includes four curated gifts per year, unless otherwise specified in your selected plan.
  3. Subscriptions begin once payment is processed. If your subscription starts after January of the current year, prior months may be billed to ensure proper curation of gifts.
  4. Subscribers may swap specific holiday gifts for “Just Because” deliveries upon request.
  5. Expedited services are available for requests made with less than 10 days’ notice and are charged as follows:
  • 9–8 days: $75 per request
  • 7–4 days: $100 per request
  • 3–2 days: $200 per request

These expedited service fees are non-negotiable.
3. Add-On Purchases

  1. Add-on products, including but not limited to flowers, chocolates, ribbon services, and Push Experience or Pamper Packages, are purchased separately from subscriptions and billed individually.
  2. Add-ons will be delivered in coordination with subscription deliveries unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
  3. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and preferences for each add-on purchase.

4. Payment & Billing

  1. Payments are processed securely via the payment gateway provided on our website.
  2. You agree to pay all applicable fees for subscriptions and add-ons.
  3. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

5. Shipping & Delivery

The Gift Box Curator, LTD handles delivery of all subscription packages and add-on products.

  1. Local Delivery:
  • Currently, deliveries are made within the Las Vegas and Henderson areas (or as otherwise specified).
  • Delivery dates are estimated and may vary based on traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  1. Shipping (Future Expansion):
  • When shipping is available, products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier or local delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery information is accurate and up to date.

6. Refunds & Returns

  1. Due to the curated and personalized nature of our products, all subscription packages and most add-on purchases are non-refundable once processed.
  2. Specific exceptions may apply at our discretion and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
  3. Gift receipts are included where appropriate; however, personal preference or dissatisfaction with a curated item does not qualify for a refund.
  4. We may offer exchanges or store credit in rare cases, such as damaged items or shipping errors. Any such exchanges will be arranged at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on this website (text, images, designs, branding) is the property of The Gift Box Curator, LTD.
  2. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

8. Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Gift Box Curator, LTD is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
  2. We are not responsible for allergies, sensitivities, or recipient reactions to curated products.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
